The documentary Dark Money by filmmaker Kimberly Reed follows local Montana journalist John S. Adams as he seeks to uncover the truth about funding in his state’s elections. This award-winning, independent film offers numerous perspectives on dark money donations—the unlimited campaign contributions from undisclosed donors, individuals and corporations that have been allowed since the 2010 Supreme Court ruling on Citizens United. This event is a collaboration with the award-winning documentary series POV (www.pbs.org/pov). A discussion will follow the screening using materials provided by POV. The event is free and open to the public.
