What the (Bleep) Happened to Hip Hop is a national public education campaign to address the corporatization of music, dance, and other art forms and shine a critical lens on race, class, and gender in contemporary American culture. What the (Bleep) Happened to Hip Hop is a national joint project of Hip Hop Congress and Move to Amend.
Local events include education on corporatization of culture (including music and other art forms), actions (including Move to Amend initiatives and other efforts at self-determination) and performance (usually in the evening). Local events can be one or more days.
