Gov Bullock’s lawsuit against the IRS

The rule change will make it harder to enforce Montana’s Disclose Act.  Governor Bullock sued shortly after and hopes other governors will also sue.

Please:  Contact the MT Senators and Representative and tell them to tell the IRS to reverse this decision!  (sees contact info below).

Lobbying and Educating candidates, lawmakers, and voters

1.  Great Falls:

Sharon suggested attending both parties Central committees to talk about the We the People amendment and Move to Amend.

2.  Superior

Diane is a candidate for the legislature and said that the Democrats platform now specifically calls for the amendment that says corporations are not people and money is not speech.

3.  In the future,

We may discuss whether this is a good time to explore working with legislators on introducing a resolution in the Montana legislature that calls for Congress to approve the “We the People “ amendment that says that corporations are not people and money is not speech.
