People reign supreme, not corporations

Written on the 127th anniversary of the 1886 case, Santa Clara County vs. Southern Pacific Railroad Corp., Ms. Haley relates the history of Corporate Personhood in the U.S.  She ends with an explanation of why and how a constitutional amendment will answer the problem of corporations attaining more power than citizens through the courts.
