Success in Prescott Valley High School!

September 17, 2019

Three local volunteers taught approximately 150 Bradshaw Mountain High School seniors for Constitution Day.

The lesson covered a series of Supreme Court cases, beginning in 1886 with Santa Clara County and ending in 2010 with Citizens United, that conferred Constitutional rights to corporations.  The way corporations became "persons" under the law.

We were pleased with the attention they paid -- and with the fact that many of them took pictures of the link to sign the petition, took the cards we passed out with the text of our We The People Amendment...and even wanted bumper stickers!
