To mark the 5th anniversary of the Occupy Wall Street movement, Dennis Trainor Jr., the filmmaker of Move to Amend's mini-documentary Legalize Democracy, is releasing a 2016 digital reissue of his feature length film American Autumn: an Occudoc, including 10 hours of bonus coverage.
American Autumn: an Occudoc was the first feature-length documentary on the Occupy movement to enjoy a theatrical release. In support of the movement to end corporate rule by the 1%, Dennis is donating 50% of the proceeds from the 2016 digital reissue to Move to Amend!
This film is available to stream or download on a "pay what you will basis." If you elect to make a donation in any amount on our Crowd Rise page, Move to Amend will receive 50% of that donation. The additional 50% will help fund Dennis's next feature-length project, beginning production this November.
You're free to donate any amount, but we hope you donate generously so that this movie can give back to some amazing campaigns and help us continue building the movement to pass the We the People Amendment!
Remember the moment when a few hundred protesters in Zuccotti Park sparked a global conversation among several hundred million people. Check out the film and make a contribution today!
When your donation is processed, you will receive an email with a link to a password protected web page. Once there, you will be able to stream or download the entire movie + 10 hours of bonus footage. This campaign will run from now through October 7, 2016.
For many of us at Move to Amend, Occupy Wall Street represents a collective awakening to the nature of corporate rule and a call-to-action that continues 5 years later. Now is your chance to re-live the moment as we continue building the movement for genuine democracy of, by, and for the people. Watch American Autumn and help keep the momentum going!
