The Constitution is a group project - and you're invited!

Join the Ultimate Civics team – Riki Ott and Lauren Smith – and Move to Amend for “CIVICS TALK,” a lively conversation on participatory democracy and constitutional learning.

Together, we'll share ideas for bringing the free, project-based Ultimate Civics curriculum to young people, educators, libraries, and community organizations. We'll also explore how Move to Amend affiliates can host engaging Constitution-focused activities that move beyond simply studying democracy to actively practicing it.

    Come ready to:

    • Discover fun, action-oriented civics lessons.
    • Brainstorm ways to connect with local educators and youth groups.
    • Imagine youth-led projects that bring democracy to life.

Whether you're an educator, organizer, parent, student, or simply passionate about building a democracy that works for everyone, your creativity and experience belong at the table.

Bring your ideas. Bring your curiosity. Bring a friend. Let's make engaging in democracy and learning about the Constitution bold, participatory, and impossible to ignore!

  • Vote Early, Organize Now: We Defend Democracy Together

The No Kings: Vote Early day of action showed how we can move from protest to collective power. Across the country, people gathered, in community for the largest early-voting mobilization in U.S. history, to cast their ballots early, help others participate, and prepare to defend every valid vote. Move to Amend is a partner in this broad, nonviolent movement.

Those seeking to undermine our elections want us isolated, discouraged, and silent. Instead, we came together - courageously, peacefully, and powerfully.

Voting early is practical. It gives voters time to address problems such as signature mismatches, missing information, or registration errors. But voting together is about more than convenience. When we organize our neighbors, strengthen local relationships, and prepare for election interference, we exercise our collective democratic muscle.
